"I went to the cary store to get my car serviced bc my car was pulling. I went in the morning to drop my car off and leave it there. They called me back within the hour and told me it was an alignment problem and that it was out of spec. So I went ahead and let them fix it. When I came to pick up my car up, the Technician named Simon was cleaning my car, another good thing about this place. I asked him did he work on my car and he told me yes. He was very helpful as to what was wrong and told me it was all fixed, and that he appreciated my bussiness. At that point I felt really good about them already.
